Japan-India Cross-Border Innovation Engine - All About The Partners!

ATR - Advanced Telecommunications Research Institute International in partnership with Seekers Base Japan, would like to invite 20 startups in India, to be featured in the online media which is viewed by Japanese investors and strategic corporate partners.

ATR has recently signed MOU with Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on January 13th 2020, to facilitate and support collaborative projects for various industrial developments in India and Japan and promote mutual cooperation in the field of technological innovation and industrial research and development.

ATR’s Media “Startups” is planned to be used to curate startups for their cross border projects called K-Gap, which is a unique acceleration program, provide startups opportunities to conduct proof of concept of MVPs working with major corporations in Japan and use the outcome of POC to further pitch investors in Japan, U.S (New York) and Spain (Barcelona ) in their networks.

About Keihanna Research Complex (RC) Keihanna Research Complex project, called Keihanna RC, is promoted by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology and the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST). Since its start in September 2016, Keihanna RC supports the construction of a mechanism producing continuous scientific and technological innovations in the regions where universities, research institutes and companies are strategically integrated. So far, 45 organizations in the Keihanna Science City participate in this project and cooperate with other large enterprises, SMEs, startups, and local residents in the pursuit of world-class innovations and creation of a global innovation ecosystem.
